On paper, Kane is Bayern’s highest-paid player. His €480,000 weekly wage, worth €25 million a year, is the biggest fixed salary in Vincent Kompany’s squad. The hierarchy flips only once performance bonuses are added.
Kane’s incentive pot is worth €6.25 million and takes his total 2026-27 compensation to €31.25 million, according to figures compiled by football finance tracker Capology. Musiala’s is worth almost twice as much, €12.45 million, and lifts his all-in figure to €35.28 million, roughly €4 million clear.
The bonus loading tells its own story. Musiala is a 23-year-old academy graduate whom Bayern have tied down to 2030, and the incentive-heavy structure is money for the long haul. Kane is 33 and his current deal runs out next summer.

Kane closes on new deal as Neuer plans farewell
Kane’s current deal expires at the end of the coming season, and Bayern want to sort it. Direct talks over an extension were expected to start once the squad returned from their Asian preseason tour on 8 August, with a two-year renewal to 2029 on the table.
The salary itself is not the sticking point. Kane will earn the same €25 million gross, according to BILD journalist Christian Falk as relayed by beIN Sports, and the negotiation is focused on the shape of the bonus package.

Manuel Neuer’s clock, by contrast, is close to running down. The 40-year-old goalkeeper and captain signed a one-year extension in May, giving him a 16th and, on his own reckoning, likely final season at the club.
“It certainly looks very much as though I’m going to retire,” Neuer said as preseason opened.
