Sloboda Tuzla, one of the oldest clubs in Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Premier League, has taken the drastic step of dismissing its entire squad and coaching staff following a historically poor start to the season. Here are the key details of the decision.

Sloboda Tuzla has endured a dreadful season, sitting at the bottom of the league with just 2 points from 17 matches. The team has lost 15 games, scored only 5 goals, and conceded 36.

Club president Azmir Husić made the bold move to fire the entire squad and coaching staff after the team’s final match of the year. The decision was driven by poor performances on the pitch and financial difficulties off it.
