Kim Kardashian’s previously stated expectations for a partner have come back into focus after new reports linked her to Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton, prompting renewed interest in a possible crossover between celebrity culture and elite motorsport.

The attention arrives during an active period for Hamilton, as Formula One teams begin early preparation for technical rules that will significantly reshape the championship in the coming seasons.

Early running as Formula One prepares for change

Formula One returned to on-track activity last week in Barcelona, where teams completed initial shakedown sessions ahead of regulation changes due to take effect in 2026. Hamilton, now racing for Ferrari, was among those gathering early data.

The seven-time world champion recorded the fastest lap of the week, posting a 1:16.554 on Friday afternoon after replacing teammate Charles Leclerc, who had driven earlier in the session. While lap times at this stage carry little competitive weight, Hamilton’s performance drew attention as he continues to adapt to his new team.

Away from the paddock, however, discussion around his personal life has generated equal curiosity.

Reported Oxfordshire visit

British tabloid The Sun reported that Hamilton and Kardashian recently spent a private weekend together in Oxfordshire. According to the outlet, Kardashian, 45, travelled from Los Angeles to meet the driver, with the pair staying at Estelle Manor.

The newspaper claimed the trip cost more than £120,000 and cited an unnamed source who described the visit as discreet.

“It all appeared to be very romantic, Kim and Lewis made use of all the facilities on offer,” the source said.

“Kim’s arrival was very low-key. She was flanked by two bodyguards and was whisked inside.”

The source added that Hamilton arrived later by helicopter, entering the venue while other guests were present. Neither Hamilton nor Kardashian has commented publicly on the report.

Kardashian’s past comments revisited

The reported link has also renewed attention on Kardashian’s own remarks about dating, which she shared during a Hulu series released in 2024 following her divorce from rapper Kanye West.

During the show, Kardashian outlined what she described as a list of personal expectations. “Protect me, fight for me, good hygiene that’s a given, I should even take that off,” she said.

She continued: “Good teeth, spontaneous, fun, my friends and family love him. Someone that can be a role model for my kids, especially that my boys can look up to.”

Kardashian also stressed the importance of independence and motivation, saying she wanted “no heavy baggage,” along with a partner who enjoys working out and has “good taste.”

She ended the discussion on a self-aware note, joking about physical preferences. “No balding,” she said, before adding: “But then I don’t know, if I’m also in love, I’ll rub your bald head. We’re just talking about our perfection list.”
