Spain now leads the global standings after an impressive run, overtaking both France and Argentina. Meanwhile, Slovakia surged ten places to become the biggest mover, and Canada hit an all-time high at 26th. But not everyone had a good month, Zimbabwe and the Central African Republic suffered major drops.
