The same outlet previously reported that the two were seen at Estelle Manor, a luxury hotel in England, where they were said to have arrived separately and kept a low profile.

According to that reporting, their stay included private time together, such as dining and use of the hotel’s spa facilities. Details of the visit have not been confirmed independently.

A long-standing acquaintance

Kardashian and Hamilton have known each other for years and have appeared at the same events dating back to at least 2014, when they were photographed together at the GQ Men of the Year Awards alongside then-partners Kanye West and Nicole Scherzinger.
