With a Fair Play score of 8.661 from 133 matches, Norway kicks off the top 10. Backed by the excitement of Erling Haaland’s growing influence, Norwegian fans have maintained their composure and sportsmanship in both club and international competitions.

9. Slovakia – disciplined fans back domestic resurgence
