Lewis Hamilton has given one of his clearest public acknowledgements yet of his relationship with Kim Kardashian.
The seven-time Formula 1 world champion was speaking at a fan event at Silverstone ahead of the British Grand Prix when the subject of his happier mood this season came up.
Hamilton, who has long kept his private life guarded, did not offer a long explanation. But his brief answer was enough to draw cheers from the crowd.
Hamilton gives rare public answer
According to Phoebe Tonks in UNILAD, Hamilton was asked on stage why he appeared happier both on and off the track.

Broadcaster David Croft began by telling him: “Lewis, on the track and off the track, you are a much happier man this year, and for everyone here, that is great to see.”
Another driver then joked: “Is that because it’s a fast car or a new girlfriend?”
Hamilton first replied: “Yeah, that’s a good one.”
After speaking about Ferrari and the progress being made by the team, he ended with the line that quickly drew attention.

“And of course, of course, it’s Kim.”
Kardashian’s paddock appearances draw attention
Kardashian’s recent presence around Formula 1 has repeatedly made headlines, particularly after she attended the Monaco Grand Prix.
Hamilton had already spoken about her support after finishing second in Monaco.
“It is amazing to have her come this weekend and to have that support,” he said.

“It is amazing to have good people around you, good people supporting you, and she does that for me every day.”
The comments offered a rare glimpse into a relationship that has attracted major public interest, partly because both Hamilton and Kardashian are among the most recognisable names in global sport and entertainment.
A relationship kept mostly private
According to Ingrid Vasquez in People, Hamilton and Kardashian have been romantically linked since February.
The two had known each other before that, and UNILAD reports that they have moved in the same celebrity circles for nearly a decade.

That distinction matters. Hamilton’s comments do not confirm a relationship lasting several years, but they do suggest that the bond has now become more public than before.
