Getting on the scoresheet in the Premier League is no small feat – doing it without ever tasting defeat is something else entirely. From explosive forwards to midfield maestros, a rare group of players have managed to stay unbeaten every single time they’ve hit the back of the net in England’s top flight. Here’s our countdown of the top ten Premier League players who have never lost a game in which they’ve scored, ranked from lowest to highest in games scored.
10. Georginio Wijnaldum

A former Liverpool and Newcastle United star, Wijnaldum’s 23 goal-scoring games in the Premier League all ended in either a win or a draw. That’s 19 wins and 4 draws – not a single loss. His knack for popping up with vital goals, especially at Anfield, made him a reliable figure in midfield. While he now plays in Saudi Arabia, his unbeaten record when scoring in England remains untouched.
9. Antonio Valencia

A Manchester United stalwart, Antonio Valencia scored in 23 Premier League matches – and never experienced defeat in any of them. United won 22 of those games, drawing just once. Though primarily a wide midfielder or full-back, Valencia’s goals always had an impact. His 2-2 draw against West Ham in 2013 was the only blemish on an otherwise perfect run.
During his Chelsea tenure, Pedro found the net in 27 different Premier League games – and remarkably, the Blues never lost any of them. They won 26, drawing just one. That one draw came against Burnley in 2017, but his record is near spotless. Pedro’s 96.3% win rate when scoring makes him one of the most effective attackers on this list.
A lesser-known gem, Norwegian midfielder Leonhardsen played for Tottenham, Liverpool, and Aston Villa, scoring in 28 different matches without defeat – 21 wins and 7 draws. Not an out-and-out forward, Leonhardsen’s attacking contributions were rare but influential. His goals often tipped the balance in tightly contested games.
6. Salomon Kalou

Kalou’s 32 games with a goal all ended in Chelsea’s favour or as draws – 29 wins and 3 draws. The Ivorian was part of a formidable Chelsea squad under Mourinho. Though he wasn’t a regular double-digit scorer, his goals were often timely and decisive. His win percentage when scoring stands impressively high at 90.6%.
5. Gabriel Martinelli

Still just 23, Martinelli is building an impressive Premier League record. He’s scored in 37 games – with Arsenal winning 30 and drawing 7 of them. Overshadowed at times by Bukayo Saka, Martinelli’s contribution remains vital. His blistering pace and growing consistency bode well for extending this unbeaten streak.
4. Darius Vassell

The former Aston Villa and Manchester City striker scored in 46 matches, resulting in 36 wins and 10 draws. No defeats ever followed his goals. Though his overall goal count isn’t high, Vassell’s strikes proved critical. Even outside the top six, he was a true lucky charm.
Jota has scored in 52 games for Wolves and Liverpool, and he’s never lost in any of them – winning 43 and drawing 9. At just 28, he’s still adding to that tally. His versatility and finishing have made him a fan favourite. Jota’s record reflects Liverpool’s strength and his own knack for turning up in big moments.
2. James Milner

A Premier League legend, Milner has scored in 54 matches without defeat – 43 wins and 11 draws – across stints with multiple clubs. His longevity and versatility have made him invaluable, and his goals, while infrequent, seem to always come in pivotal games. Even at 38, he’s not done yet.
1. Gabriel Jesus

Topping the list is Gabriel Jesus with a flawless record: 62 games scored in, 57 wins, and 5 draws. Not a single loss when he finds the net. His clubs – Manchester City and Arsenal – help explain the record, but it’s still exceptional. With a 91.9% win rate when scoring, Jesus remains the Premier League’s ultimate lucky charm.
